Please Keep in Mind...

Many of our products are listed as "Brand New", but we also have many items in great condition that have merely been opened, or simply repackaged after being inspected.  This is how we can get such great prices for our customers!  Please carefully read the below for details.

5 Star Rating 

Products with a five star rating are considered brand new, never used. They have been previously sold and returned for an unknown reason. The most common reasons are due to an incorrect size or model being ordered or shipped, or damage to the outer  packaging during transit.

Five star rated products are in such perfect condition that you can provide them as a gift to friends or family!

In some cases the box may have simply been previously opened and resealed. In other cases the product has never been opened, yet only has minor packaging defects. In any case, the product has never been used. This product has never been refurbished. All five star products are covered by our 15 day return policy.

In most cases the item is fully covered under the original manufacturer warranty, with paperwork included.

 4 Star Rating 

Products with a four star rating can possibly have very minor scathes or cosmetic issues. All four star products are in perfect working condition and are fully covered by our warranty. Original instructions and components are all included. Four star rated products may not be suitable as a gift because some products have been repackaged due to previously damaged packaging during the first sale shipment.

All four star products are covered by our 15 day return policy.

 3 Star Rating 

Noticeable wear and signs of product use. Products with a 3 star rating have been opened and used to an extent. All products are in perfect working condition without any defects other than cosmetic. Items with a three star rating are not suitable as gifts.
